The Balmoral Service Award was founded in 2025 by a group of students, aiming to promote volunteerism amongst youths. The goal was to establish a reward system where youths can receive recognition for contributing to the community. This led us to create Singapore’s first hour-based certification program recognising verified community service across all causes and institutions.
